
Where are all the glaciers?
They are found all over the world, on every continent...even Africa!!! Normally they are found high up on mountain ranges but at the north and south pole they can be as low down as sea level.
When part of a glacier breaks off into the sea, it forms what is called an iceberg.

Is sea level rise the only thing that will happen if they melt?
Scientists are still unsure of the other effects. Some think we also might have more cloud cover and rain as well as water being added to the water cycle.
